Header Series Multi Pit Pump
The Header Series Extendable Pit Pump allows you to use the same pump for any pit, any depth. The Nuhn trombone design uses hydraulic cylinders to extend the length of the pump to match the depth of the pit. The Nuhn Multi Pit Pump is part of the Header Series of pumps, featuring a patented triple port housing. Adding multiple outlets allows the manure to escape the housing faster, pumping greater volumes with less fuel. Variable-depth models available, choose the length that fits your requirements! Available in 8'-12', 9'-14' and 10'-16'. Now introducing the new White Iron Housing, wear-resistant even in the toughest sand conditions.

Drive Line
- 1 3/4″ shaft with 3.25″OD hardened steel drive shaft sections

Agitator
- 4″ nozzle to create 45psi of pressure with 4000GPM volume

- Main rotation pipe is able to rotate 300°
Lofted housing with tapered fan
- The housing back plate is formed to allow the liquid to be directed upwards with the tapered fan, rather than just outwards like traditional manure pumps.
- This fan acts more like a boat impellor, lifting the liquid vertically while still in the housing rather than just being pushed horizontally

Strongest Sealing Solution in the Industry
The MECH-TC sealing system, exclusive to the Nuhn Header Series Pump Line, utilizes a tungsten carbide mechanical seal to effectively protect the drive line and bearings. Tungsten carbide is extremely hard and wear resistant, which results in extended seal life in the harshest environments. The sealing system has been designed to withstand sand and other abrasive compounds. The MECH-TC system is designed to withstand tremendous load with three bearings, 2 tapered bearings and one needle bearing. The system is encased in an oil bath for ease of maintenance.

OPTIONAL RADIO CONTROL

HIGH EFFICIENCY DESIGN
