THE CAB The center mounted cab with large windows provides better visibility. The cab comes standard with a touch screen operating display for engine feedback and hydraulic display, air suspension, heat and air conditioning.
THE DESIGN The Self-Propelled Alley Vac has Dual Magnum 400 Vacuum Pumps & a full-length auger to remove solid build-up. Easily controlled from the cab by a joystick. Standard hydraulic breaks, walking front suspension on axle and rubber isolated cab mount.
THE BLADE The blade floats on three axis of movement so it is able to follow the contours of uneven ground perfectly. The Nuhn blade will automatically tilt forward and back, rotate longitudinally, and up and down. A very short wheel base allows for a tight turning radius.
CAT 7.1L T4 MOTOR
275 HP CAT 7.1L T4 motor running a Linde hydrostat system. No drop box gear box in the middle, gear reduction is done by hydraulic motor displacement.
SELF PROPELLED DRIVE
4 wheel steer. Very short wheelbase (10’ on the 3500GAL) for a very tight turning radius. 2 speed transmission – password lockout for second gear.
USER FRIENDLY CONTROLS
Easy joystick control to run the blade: Blade wings in and out, blade up and down, 8” inlet valve. Back up camera automatically comes on in reverse.
AUGER UNLOAD
Full length auger that unloads out the rear. Large 12" unload valve for faster unloading.
DUAL 400 VAC PUMPS
Faster vacuum than the Single 600 Vac Pump. About 1800CFM of free air capacity.
EASY CONTROL
Simple buttons that perform multiple functions for easy control: vacuum button starts building vacuum in the tank, pressure button starts pressurizing the tank, unload button starts pressurizing the tank and turns the auger on & opens the rear 12” valve.
