NEW TO THE LAGOON CRAWLER
Built-In Screen
The 2020 Lagoon Crawler features an all new Remote Control System, with a built-in screen. The new controls allow users to maintain optimal functionality of the Crawler, as well as manipulate the new and improved GPS Mode.
Proportional Control
Proportional Control with the Crawler's new Bellypack allows for fine-grained control through feedback mechanisms. With the ability to effectively and accurately control the Crawler, the agitation process becomes safer and consistently reliable. The more pressure applied on the drive joystick, the faster the Crawler will drive; other functions such as steering and the agitation cannon are also proportional.
More Torque, More Traction
The Lagoon Crawler X delivers a significant boost in performance with approximately 18,000 Nm of torque to each wheel, compared to the 7,000 Nm of torque in previous generations. Equipped with massive 28Lx26 tires featuring 4-inch deep treads, it far surpasses the 19.5x24 tires with 1-inch treads found on earlier models. This upgrade results in a 55% increase in surface area, providing unrivaled traction and stability.
Integrated GPS
User's are able to save up to 8 Fence Posts in the lagoon, creating a boundary that the Crawler will stay in. The Crawler will then randomly bounce around within the boundaries, set by the Fence Posts. The Crawler is also equipped with Speed Control, which automatically adjusts the speed depending on the wind direction; slowing down when moving with the wind and increase the speed against wind resistance.
THE LEADING LAGOON AGITATOR JUST GOT A WHOLE LOT MEANER
The Lagoon Crawler will mix your lagoon or pit in the most efficient way possible. The Crawler X is built tougher, meaner and more powerful. The Lagoon Crawler is the world’s first amphibious remote controlled agitation boat, designed for agitating lagoons.
4' GROUND CLEARANCE
The wheels drop down giving the vehicle roughly 4' of ground clearance. Controlled by remote.
AGITATION BOAT
Drives into Lagoon where it turns into an agitation boat that can climb and agitate through thick lagoons
TRI PORT HEADER
Tri Port Header Design pumps 12,000 GPM, volumes are used to maneuver the Crawler through the lagoon
NO PRIMING SYSTEM
No priming required. The pump is submerged so it will pump the heaviest solids.STANDARD GPS TECHNOLOGY
GPS Feedback shown fully on-screen of 2020 Belly Pack
STANDARD LONG RANGE BELLY PACK
Control the Lagoon Crawler from a great distance using the Long Range Belly Pack.
HYDRAULIC SELF ADJUSTING CLUTCH
No clutch adjustments needed
OPTIONAL CRAWLER CRANE LIFT
Effectively clean out slurry pits using The Lagoon Crawler with crane lift. No need for excavation!
THE HEADER SERIES DIFFERENCE
MIX IN 1/2 THE TIME
The 12" pump reduced the time spent mixing the pit. It breaks through thick crust, and destroys untouchable islands of solids.
FINISH SOONER
Customer feedback claims that the same job takes much less time to complete.USES LITTLE FUEL
Pumps 12,000 GAL per minute and uses less than 10 GAL an hour of fuel.
SUPERIOR AGITATION PERFORMANCE
The 6″ front nozzle is able to crush though thick crusts including ice!
NO PIT IS TOO THICK
The submerged pump & 4WD system make it impossible to get stuck.
DRIVE OUT WHEN COMPLETE
The large aggressive tread tires allow you to easily drive out of the lagoon.
NO PIT IS TOO BIG
The remote-control system allows the crawler to get 1000′ away.
PUMPS 12,000 GPM
Tri Port Header Pump is able to move over 12,000 GPM!
Strongest Sealing Solution in the Industry
The MECH-TC sealing system, exclusive to the Nuhn Header Series, utilizes a tungsten carbide mechanical seal to effectively protect the drive line and bearings. Tungsten carbide is extremely hard and wear resistant, which results in extended seal life in the harshest environments. The sealing system has been designed to withstand sand and other abrasive compounds. The MECH-TC system is designed to withstand tremendous load with three bearings, 2 tapered bearings and one needle bearing. The system is encased in an oil bath for ease of maintenance.

PROFITABLE AGITATION
The Lagoon Crawler is the best way to agitate lagoons. A better mix will give a higher concentration of nutrients in the manure and will increase crop yield. The Crawler blasts away sand and solid buildup increasing storage and it eliminates the costly expense of additional cleaning out once the lagoon has been pumped out. If you are a custom hauler, your customers will become repeat customers. The Crawler gives your operation an edge over the competition
COMPLETE WIRELESS CONTROL
All of the machine operation functions are controlled through the remote, 50-hour battery life, Functions: Boat forward/ reverse as well as speed control, boat rotate left/ right, boat shift left/right, drive forward/reverse, steer left/right, axle raise/lower, agitation gun movements, engine start/stop, engine throttle increase/decrease, clutch engage/disengage.
12" TRI PORT HEADER PUMP
12,000GPM capacity, 14″ pump inlet, 12″ pump discharge, 21″ diameter impeller, 3 outlets off of pump housing, tungsten carbide mechanical seal (designed to work in the harshest sand environments, oil bath assembly – requires very little operator maintenance) specifically designed for harsh lagoon environment (pump is submerged in lagoon so it will not lose its prime, semi-open impeller design allows large foreign material to pass through pump)
