1902: Simon Nuhn Founded Nuhn Industries
Simon Nuhn opened a blacksmith shop in Wartburg, Ontario, Canada.
1965: Dennis makes his first manure tank
In 1965, Dennis made his first liquid manure spreader. It was fabricated from an old gas tank with airplane tires. His first pump used the rear end of a car. Today, Dennis strives to provide today’s farmers with the largest capacity, most efficient and most reliable equipment.
1984: Moved to Sebringville, Ontario
In 1984, Nuhn Industries Ltd. moved to its current location near Stratford, Ontario.
1998: The First Addition was built at Nuhn Industries
The first addition was built in 1998, increasing the shop size to 25,000 square feet.
2002: Nuhn Industries Celebrates 100 Years
Nuhn Industries Ltd. celebrates 100 years in business! “Our business has survived two world wars and the Great Depression,” says Dennis Nuhn, President of Nuhn Industries Ltd. and grandson of Simon Nuhn, “We give credit to our loyal customers for our continued growth and prosperity”.

2013: First Lagoon Crawler drives off the line

In 2015, another addition was built to make the Nuhn Industries Shop 100,000 square feet.
2015: The 100th Lagoon Crawler
In 2015, the 100th Lagoon Crawler rolled off the assembly line. It was black, instead of red, with red lights up the back and silver signatures on the side by all the staff. “We started with a blank computer screen. Ten days later we built a fully-working prototype,” Nuhn said.
